Best Wishes for Tiny Sparrow

When we launched our Wish Album in December of last year, we combined it with a fundraiser for the Tiny Sparrow Foundation. We are so very humbled to announce that though your purchases during the launch we raised $1000 for the foundation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support!
We were elated to present the Tiny Sparrow Foundation in with this donation to assist them in continuing their mission to provide a photography session and accompanying Memory Set at no cost to families with children facing life-threatening illnesses.
The Tiny Sparrow Foundation was born from the heart of Lidia Boicu, a 34 year-old breast cancer survivor who found solace in photography amidst the surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation she endured while battling the disease. She quickly realized her dream of becoming a professional photographer and had a great desire use her talents to help other families whose children were touched by cancer. Though this process, she became inspired to create the Tiny Sparrow Foundation.
What the foundation offers is a magical gift of incredible generosity. In addition to our financial donation, we are especially grateful to have had the opportunity to provide the albums to accompany the foundation’s first session for Kate Mcrae, a little girl who was diagnosed with cancer at age 5. Images of those albums were shared previously on our blog.
