Domestic shipping through UPS
May 15, 2009 at 5:37AM We are so happy to let you know that we NOW ship all items through UPS to all US states.
This means the followings to you:
- more reliable - secure service
- accurate trackingh information
- expedite shipping to 2 day saver, 2 day, next day or saturday delivery available upon request
(please inquire right after placing your orders)
and there is a slight change in shipping charge made effective starting 5/15/2009.
For international members, we are still discussing with Fedex and UPS to get the best pricing and service. Until we find what is best for you and us, we will keep using our long time friend USPS international priority. You can simply check the rate (which happens to be GREAT!) in our order page with your own zipcode.
If you find the quote from the system is incorrect (if it seems to be too high), please feel free to contact us. As the number of international members increased last couple of weeks, we may have found better way, but had not a chance to update ALL countries in our system YET.
And we will send more information as it gets available in our newsletter soon.

We have started using UPS and learned so much lessons. Monday and Tuesday (of this week) were little off becuase the tracking information did not get out consistantly. So we had to manually go back and update all tracking information. If you had ordered earlier and did not receive the shipping notification, please let us know. There is a great chance that the notification did not get to you.
As of today (Wednesday 5/20) all orders will be sent out with shipping notification. We are very pleased with UPS service and we know you will like them so much more, too!

We are hearing you all. Please stand by - we are lowering shipping cost dramatically by going ground. We learned that many of our members are in the range where ground can reach within 3-4 days which is almost the same as 3 day select service. This affects only domestic shipments. Thanks for the feed back!
Dear west cost members (including california, utah, washington... ), it may take up to 5 business days to get there.
But we DO offer upgrade shipping as needed basis. So if you have emergency, just email us when you place the order. There will be additional express shipping fee (depend on the location, the kind of service and the weight of the product).
International members - we stay with USPS. Thank you!

AS a Canadian I vote that you stay with USPS not ups or fed ex, the brokerage fees Canadians pay with UPS and Fex Ex make it difficult to offer your great product to my customers.
I agree with Lisa, USPS is the best choice for shipping to Canada.
