2009 Holiday Schedule:
11:59:59 pm ET, November 2* - last day of DREAM PRODUCT orders for Thanksgiving
11:59:59 pm ET, November 30* - last day of regular DREAM PRODUCT orders for Christmas
11:59:59 pm ET, December 7* - last day of expedited DREAM PRODUCT production
and expedited shipping orders for Christmas
- last day of regular WISH PRODUCT orders for Chrismas
11:59:59 pm ET, December 12* - last day of regular WISH ALBUM orders for Christmas
* Dream Boxes/albums will maintain the normal 3-4 week turn around. Turn around for Dream Mats may be extended beyond the normal 3-4 weeks during the busy holiday season without notice. Please plan your workflow accordingly. Failure to send ALL FILES AND ORDERS by the time indicated above will forfeit your guaranteed delivery by Thanksgiving/Christmas. All holiday orders may be subject to 2nd or Next Day delivery charges to ensure your shipments arrive on time. Please note that UPS does NOT guarantee delivery time for ground or 3 day select option.
* During online ordering you MUST select "needed by Thanksgiving/Christmas" in order to receive priority holiday service.

The last shipment of this year will go out on December 24. We will be closed from December 25 through January 8. Our online ordering system will be open, but no customer service will be available during this time.
We will re-open for business and new customer registration on January 11, 2010.
